Steps:
1. Send in an inquiry on the website here today or call to set up an appointment.
2. Auctioneer will be present to look over merchandise/collectibles and or other items.
3. An outline of costs and procedures of the Auction Method will be discussed with Sellers.
-what are the costs?
-who does the advertising?
- where can the auction be held (if not at your residence)?
-who is going to help me move my belongings?
4. We schedule the Auction
5. We Market the Auction
6. We hold and conduct the Auction
REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS
Steps:
1. Send an inquiry today on the website or call for appointment.
2. Appointment for Bill to come and preview the Real Estate and do CMA & Marketing Info.
3. Combine together options - if AUCTION METHOD QUALIFIES - set auction date.
4. Start the Marketing for the Auction - can be 2 wks prior or 5 months - we make it work!
5. Have the Auction - sign the contracts after Auction with competitive bidder.
6. Cash Closing within 15 Days after the day of the Auction.
7. You are able to let go and move on...to a refreshed new beginning!
