The Process:

1. Send in an inquiry on the website here today or call to set up an appointment.

2. Auctioneer will be present to look over merchandise/collectibles and or other items.

3. An outline of costs and procedures of the Auction Method will be discussed with Sellers.

-what are the costs?

-who does the advertising?

- where can the auction be held (if not at your residence)?

-who is going to help me move my belongings?

These are all questions that we will answer for you, we have a full time staff that can do this for you if that is the option you prefer.

6. We hold the Auction

Selling: REAL ESATATE - Residential, Vacant Land, Parcels

1. Send an inquiry today on the website or call Bill for inquiry.

2. Appointment for Bill to comea nd preview the Real Estate and do the contracting.

3. Set the date for the Auction

4. Start the Marketing for the Auction (usually a few months in advance).

5. Have the Auction.

6. Cash Closing within 15 Days after the day of the Auction.

7. You are able to let go and move on...
