Katy Cain has been actively in the Real Estate and Auction industries for over 10 years.  She has been working in both offices for many years.  Katy attended School of Real Estate in 2005.   Katy also attended World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa in 2006.  Katy is the Buyer Specialist for the Bill Cain Team - with her knowledge of Auctions both real estate and personal property as well as the real estate market, she had innovative ideas, trends, and techniques to helping you put your two front feet in your new home.  Katy believes that both honesty and hard work are what determine who she would hire for a job so she will give you nothing but the best when you hire her to represent you with your real estate or auction needs.
